It’s Friday which means it’s time for this week’s specials…
Leading the charge and making a comeback from last week we have our delicious corned silverside, you loved it, so we have kept it. Served with those local Tassie tatters, seasonal veg and our chefs’ tasty mustard and parsley white sauce. What a perfect choice to warm up on these chilly nights.
Next in the line-up this week is a scrumptious pasta dish, Seafood Pappardelle. Silky pappardelle pasta with tiger prawns, Tassie scallops, mussels, tomato, onion, garlic, candied chilli, baby spinach, parsley and parmesan. Take a trip to Italy with this bowl of seafood pasta delightfulness.
To finish off the night, try our apple and rhubarb crumble with toasted muesli. Served with ice-cream and whipped cream it is guaranteed to warm the heart and fill the stomach.
