With the chilly weather settling in, come on in to Top of the Town Hotel to warm up with this week’s specials.

Leading the specials board this week to warm you up we have Chefs famous corned silverside. Served with local Tassie potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a mustard and parsley white sauce.

Like a bit of spice? Then the curry is for you, a slow cooked beef madras curry served with fragrant pilaf rice, sour cream, and traditional roti bread. All coming in with just the right amount of heat to warm you up on these cold wintery nights.

And finally, we have our Risotto, think seafood is a sunny summery food? Think again, our creamy warming scallop and salmon risotto is like a warm hug in a bowl. Served with Tasmanian scallops, salmon, green peas, dill, spinach, parsley, and parmesan you will be warm for head to toes.
